These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BeaconMetric ("Service"), operated by BeaconMetric Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BeaconMetric provides lightweight, privacy-first web analytics. We collect aggregated, non-personal website usage data and present it through an online dashboard. The Service includes a JavaScript tracking script, browser SDK, REST API, and web dashboard.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Free tier accounts have no payment obligations. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain ownership of all data collected through your use of the Service. We claim no ownership over your analytics data. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeaconMetric Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeaconMetric Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account through the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with reasonable notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
